By accepting our terms and conditions you have read and understood our delivery and shipping policies via our “delivery” page and product description on the item page. 

We are not responsible for recipient not being present at time of delivery or if they are away. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree that all recipient details are correct and we are not held responsible if incorrect recipient information is given. If incorrect details are made you will be contacted for additional delivery cost for re delivery. We do not guarantee delivery times as this depends on the couriers run. Same day delivery must be placed before 11am on week days and 10am on Saturdays , closed Sundays. We are not liable if we cannot fulfil your delivery time request. If no one is home at time of delivery the courier will leave in a safe place and recipient or sender may be contacted. If our courier cannot get access to property or choose not access gates and areas where dogs may be present the recipient will be contacted. If delivery is in a gated area and no gate code is provided to access, there will be an additional charge for re delivery. If the suburb is entered incorrectly and requires an additional delivery fee, the order will not be fulfilled until full delivery payment is made. Flower couriers are a small private business meaning they do not give us shipping updates or delivery confirmation (unless there is an issue which then the sender or recipient will be notified). If you wish to order for two, please complete two seperate orders. If an order is placed for two or more you will be required to pay for the delivery of each person. The order will not be fulfilled until full delivery payment is made.

 

By accepting our terms and conditions you acknowledge that flower availability varies depending on seasonal availability and supply, which is stated in the product item page. The flowers used may not be the same as pictured, as the picture is a guide of style. It will be made as close to the image as possible with what’s currently available. We recommend you trust our team of florist experts to make the appropriate substitutes. If you are wanting specific flowers or colours we recommend calling us to pre order ahead of time to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the customer is simply un happy with the flowers. However we can put on hold the order if you get in contact with us prior to fulfilling the order. If the product ordered is significantly different to what you ordered we may offer a replacement if we are notified with in 48 hours and will be required photographic evidence, with receipt or order number. If you feel the flowers should be replaced due to quality of flowers you have 48 hours to get in contact which we require photos which you may be entitled to a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. If timeframe is not met you won’t be entitled for a replacement or refund. It is the senders responsibility to notify us if the recipient has allergies or dislikes a certain flower, if we are not notified we cannot offer replacements or refunds. If there is any issue please contact us promptly so we may be able to assist you. If recipient has failed to care for flowers or products received, we are not liable as it is out of our professional care.

 

Once flowers are delivered we are not responsible for flower care and longevity as it is out of our professional care. Flowers delivered as a cut bouquet will need to be displayed in a vessel with water and regular water changes and fresh cut stems will increase flower lifespan. By accepting our terms and conditions you acknowledge that different flowers may last longer than other flowers. Some may last under a week and some may last longer. Wrapped bouquets will be delivered with a water pack on the stems to keep the flowers fresh for up to 6 hours, we recommend removing the wet pack, cutting the stems and placing in a water vessel as soon as recipient receives the flowers. If recipient fails to remove wet pack and flowers wither we are not responsible as it is out of our professional care. If recipient has received anything else from us that  they not happy with it due to damages, we ask that they let us know with in 48 hours, if we have not been notified with in the timeframe you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.

 

By accepting the terms and conditions you have read and understand the delivery areas page. If the desired area is not on the list, it may be because we don’t deliver to that area. If you have any questions please call us prior to ordering so we can assist you.

 

If there is any special requests or anything you wish for us to create for you please give us a call for any specific arrangements.

Maple Flowers + Decor does not accept or tolerate bullying, harassing or abusive behaviour and has the right to refuse service at any given time.
