CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM “FLOWERS + HAMPERS” COLLECTION:
PLEASE SELECT CORRECT DELIVERY AREA IN SHIPPING CART ON CHECKOUT.
Same day delivery available before 11am Monday-Friday, before 10am on Saturday’s. Closed on Sunday’s.
Orders will not be delivered unless correct area is selected and correct amount for delivery is paid at checkout. All deliveries will need recipients current contact information for our delivery drivers. Any gated properties, units or estates will need gate code provided. If we are unable to contact the recipient to access the front door because of a locked gate, gated estate or dog etc, product will be returned to the store and an extra delivery fee will be charged to redeliver the following day.
Deliveries made between 11am-6pm. No timed deliveries available. No AM deliveries possible. Delivery times will be determined by the courier run.

If recipient is not home at time of delivery, our trained couriers will use their best judgment to leave the leave flowers at a safe place. If there is no safe place to leave the flowers, the recipient will be contacted.

Local private delivery drivers are used for delivery of flowers (not big courier companies e.g. Australia Post), as a result of this - no tracking information is provided or delivery updates are made. If there is an issue with delivery, then we will get in touch.
All bouquets will be delivered with a water pack on the stems which will last a couple of hours.
The recipient will be required to remove the flowers from the wet pack and put them in a vase of water once they have received their flowers.
Recipient will be responsible for the care of the flowers (cutting stems and keeping water fresh, ensuring all stems are in the water, or topping up the water box if required).
