1. “What happens if the recipient is not home?”

Our trained couriers will use their best judgment to leave the flowers in a secure location, If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers - you or the recipient will be contacted. For further delivery information see “delivery” page.

2. “When will my order be delivered?”

Although we cannot guarantee a delivery time. Our couriers usually collect our orders between mid-morning and lunchtime. The time of delivery depends on the couriers run for the day and how many orders they have on board. We usually like to have locals delivered first then the further out orders delivered after.

3. “What if the recipient can’t put the flowers in water straight away?”

Not to worry! All bouquets have the stems wrapped in a water pack which will last a few hours. We recommend the recipient put the flowers in a vase of water before the end of the day.

4. “How do I keep the flowers fresh for as long as possible?”

We recommend trimming the stems diagonally before they are placed in a vase of water. Trimming the stems and changing the water daily will keep flowers fresher for longer Each flower variety has different lifespans, we recommend removing any spoiled flowers, petals or foliage from the arrangement to prevent bacteria spreading to the fresh flowers. Box arrangements will need a small water top up daily/every second day. For further flower care questions feel free to talk to one of our florists on 07 54151645.

5. “Do you deliver on the same day?”

Yes!! Our same day delivery cut off time is 11am Mon-Fri and 10am on Saturdays.
